Capital Blue: Returns Made Easy
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the products we offer. We value our customers and make great customer service our top priority.
We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product that does not meet your expectations.
Our Return & Exchange Policy does not apply to services purchased at our Capital Blue Retail Store; no refunds or exchanges will be made on services purchased at our Capital Blue Retail Store.
An original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
The receipt must be dated within 60 days from the purchase date.
Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment.
Merchandise must be returned in its original package and should be returned unworn/unused.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. Merchandise may also be returned to the Capital Blue Retail Store at the following address:

Opened videos and dvds cannot be refunded, but if defective, they can be exchanged for an identical item, with your original receipt.
Credit Purchases – if a credit card was used for the purchase, it must be presented to ensure proper credit to the account. Please allow approximately 7 days for a credit to be applied to your credit card after the return has been processed.
Check Purchases – if a check was used for the purchase, the refund will be issued in the form of a check from our corporate office. Please allow up to 21 days from the date of your refund request for our corporate office to issue your refund.
Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with labels attached and accompanied by the original receipt.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE GIVEN WITHOUT A RECEIPT
